Acupuncturist and Herbalist
Meghan is a licensed acupuncturist in the State of Illinois and is Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Her treatment strategies center on the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal. Through nutritional guidance, acupuncture, herbal medicine and various other life style modifications, Meghan works with patients to achieve well-being. She recognizes that each person’s journey is unique and is deeply passionate about helping others achieve their optimal health. Her top priority is to work collaboratively with patients to find a path of healing that works best for them.
Meghan’s practice involves treatment for a wide range of health conditions including, but not limited to:

She earned her four-year Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She has interned extensively with David Vavrinchik of the Northshore University HealthSystem’s Integrative Medicine Program, where she developed a specialization in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Presently she continues to deepen her studies of Canonical Chinese Herbal Medicine with her mentor Stephen Bonzak, director of the Chicago Institute of Classics of East Asian Medicine, a distinguished international herbal training program.
Meghan was born and raised in Chicago. She enjoys reading, camping, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
