Acupuncturist and Herbalist

I am a licensed acupuncturist in the State of Illinois and Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. My treatment strategies center on the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal. Through nutritional guidance, acupuncture, herbal medicine and various other life style modifications, I work with patients to achieve well-being. Each person’s journey is unique. I am deeply passionate about helping others achieve their optimal health. My top priority is to work collaboratively with patients to find a path of healing that works best for them.

My practice addresses a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to: headaches, allergies, pain management (neck, shoulder, back, knee, and more), digestive disorders, skin conditions, orthopedic injuries, women’s health concerns, fertility support, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and autoimmune conditions.

I earned my Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. I completed extensive clinical training under David Vavrinchik at NorthShore University HealthSystem’s Integrative Medicine Program, where I developed a strong focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions. I continue to deepen my studies of Canonical Chinese Herbal Medicine with my mentor Stephen Bonzak, director of the Chicago Institute of Classics of East Asian Medicine, a distinguished international herbal training program.

Born and raised in Chicago, I enjoy reading, camping, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
